By checking this box you acknowledge and accept the following terms and conditions: Bid will be sent via e-mail following this request. Emailed approval to the bid will serve as confirmation and acceptance. Travel arrangements are booked immediately upon receipt of bid acceptance. Any cancellations made after acceptance and up to 4 business days prior to the arranged pickup date will be subject to a cancellation fee of $1,625.00 for a one officer transport and $2625.00 for a two officer transport. Cancellations made less than 4 business days in advance of arranged pickup date will be subject to the full bid amount.
